The Finance Graduate Program is an excellent opportunity to gain a valuable insight in the finance department of a global insurance and reinsurance company. You will gain exposure and experience in technical insurance and reinsurance accounting, financial operations, management reporting and analysis, and auditing and controls-based functions. As a Finance Graduate, you will rotate into a variety of finance teams, providing you with unique insight into the responsibilities and deliverables that each team offers. Each rotation will therefore expose you to a variety of skills, knowledge, and stakeholders around the company as you become a key contributor of deliverables for each team. Aspen will also fund professional qualifications.

As an Operations Graduate Trainee, you will embark on a dynamic journey through various core areas of our business. As an Actuarial Graduate at Aspen, you’ll be using your strong mathematics aptitude and analytical skills to fully understand the numbers behind our business. By using the tools to assess our past and
present business and management data, you’ll help us to quantify the risks and probabilities of future events, you’ll have exposure to reserving, pricing and modelling & analytics.  You’ll be working with some of the industry’s best actuaries who will help and guide you during your program, especially while you’re studying for your actuarial examinations.
