Graeme Owens Appointed Head of U.K. Property (Business & Community

Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (“Aspen”) has appointed Graeme Owens as Head of the U.K. Business & Community Property team. He will be based in London and joins Aspen effective Monday, October 9.

Graeme joins Aspen from Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, where he was Director, Global Standard Property Products since 2021. He has over 30 years of experience as a commercial property underwriter and has held a number of executive level roles.

In his role at Aspen, Graeme will be responsible for management of the Business and Community account within the Company’s U.K. Property portfolio, actively engaging with brokers on their needs and appetite and collaborating closely with the U.K. Property Investors/Construction/Casualty teams.

Additionally, William Lane recently joined the team as an Underwriter in the team.

Graeme will report to Paul Gatland, Head of U.K. Property & Construction, and replaces Adrian Jackson, who recently retired from Aspen.
