Group Chief Corporate Affairs and People Officer
Mo Kang was appointed Group Chief Corporate Affairs and People Officer in 2024, with responsibility over the People and other corporate support functions, including Corporate Real Estate Services, Communications, Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit and Procurement. Mo joined Aspen as Chief People Officer in November 2019, and has led the company’s cultural transformation and introduction of our new values and behaviors.
Mo has extensive experience across the People, Operations and Transformation functions, including various executive roles in financial services and other industries. Before joining Aspen, Mo was Head of HR at the Post Office, and he had previously served as Group HR and Corporate Communications Director at Hyperion Insurance Group, as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at QBE Insurance Group, and as Organisation Development Director at Zurich Financial Services.
